Santex has announced the appointment of Laura Carrizo as Chief Growth Officer. With 25 years of experience in leadership roles related to business growth and development, including the last 20 years in the technology industry, Carrizo will bring her vision to expand the company’s business in all markets where it operates. With her addition to the board, Santex has achieved a 75% female presence in high-level management positions.

About Laura Carrizo
Laura is a Systems Engineer graduated from the National Technological University (UTN) and has postgraduate degrees in Project Management from the University of Belgrano (UB), in Mindfulness and in Inclusive Leadership from the Siglo XXI University.
Over the last 15 years, she has built her career at Globant, where she became VP of Delivery. Previously, she led projects in several organizations, especially in the technology sector such as HP Enterprise Services, Grupo SMS, La Caja, CTI Móvil and PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
Her leadership approach is based on building high-performance teams and developing long-term relationships with clients, understanding that sustained growth is achieved when strategy, people, and technology are aligned behind a common purpose.
